Flexible Payment

We accept credit/debit card payments and invoice (bank transfer). Payment must be completed within 30 days of registration, or before the event date, whichever comes sooner.

Cancellation Policy

Full refunds are available up to 60 days before the event. A 50% credit note applies between 30–60 days. Substitutions are accepted at any time at no additional charge.

Early Bird pricing applies to all three packages and is available until 31 July 2026. The discounted rate includes exactly the same benefits as the standard price — the only difference is the cost.
Yes. You can upgrade your package at any time before the event by contacting our team. Upgrades are invoiced at the price applicable on the date of the change request.
Six weeks before the event, Partnering Plus and VIP delegates receive access to our online matching platform. You browse the attendee list, request meetings, and our team schedules confirmed sessions into your personalised agenda. Each meeting is 25 minutes in a dedicated partnering zone.
VAT numbers are required for EU-based companies to qualify for VAT reverse charge. Non-EU companies are not subject to German VAT. Please provide your VAT number when completing your registration for accurate invoicing.
Substitutions are accepted at any time at no charge. Please notify our team at least 5 business days before the event with the replacement delegate's details so we can update your badge and partnering profile.
Accommodation is not included in the delegate fee. However, we have negotiated preferential rates at partner hotels close to the venue. Details and booking links are provided in your confirmation email.
